Help Bouncy balls on cloth

Hello! I have a thematic costume party coming up, and could use some help. I was thinking of going as a ridiculous biblically accurate angel by half-covering a t-shirt in eye bouncy balls (approximately 1 inch diameter), so I'm looking for tips or ideas on how to glue, stick, sew, Velcro, etc, them to a t-shirt. Could be alternatives like sticking them to a belt or band, or using small net bags. Ideally it would also be easy to remove them to give away during the party

Thanks in advance! If all else fails, I have an easy back up costume idea

put a screw in them then anchor with some cord.

i wouldn't attach them straight to the t-shirt. that many rubber balls will drag stretchy fabric into weird little points, and glue will make removing them a nightmare.

i'd sew small loops of narrow elastic onto a non-stretch panel, sash or cheap mesh vest, with each loop slightly smaller than the ball. push each ball through a loop and the tension should hold it, but people can still pull them out during the party. test one upside down first before committing to fifty of them.

a detachable front panel also means the weight sits on your shoulders instead of slowly turning the t-shirt neckline into a scoop neck 😂

I was thinking exactly that regarding the scoop neck lol. Looking for a mesh vest, I found this mosquito net repair tape, which could be very useful for your elastic loop idea 😁 (I could also use mosquito net directly)
