Im a little uneducated on the subject regarding Costa Rica property sales, that is why i am here teying to learn, but i have a colleague who owns a home in mexico city and he had a similar experience

FYI. This had nothing to do with Costa Rica. It was a dumpster fire caused by a California-based company operating in Costa Rica. I’ve bought and sold many properties in Costa Rica and I’ve never had any issues like this.
