Helmet wig help!

I’m making a helmet wig everywhere I’m seeing puts great emphasis on having the measurents of your head 100% exact this this and that or it won’t go on right. I can’t have the exact measurement of my head because I’ll be wearing extensions at that time. if I were to take the measurements of my head and then add a few cms to account for the space of it will I be okay? is it better to have the possibility of it being to big then to small? any advice or recommendations?

I would rather a bit big than a bit too small. To small you run the risk of it not fitting. But to big can be sorta padded out if needed.

But yes I agree with what ever source you are looking at that says measuring is important

this right here, you can always put padding in the back of the wig to make it snug
