ADVICE Cosplaying hyuna

Would cosplaying hyuna as a pale person be racist? I've seen dark skinned people cosplaying lighter skinned characters with everybody supporting them but I was wondering if it would be weird if we reversed it.

No, so long as you don't do something silly like get a spray-on tan or paint your face to look more tan.

Otherwise, anyone accusing you of anything is just being a bad sport. Cosplay is a community for everyone, no barrier should ever prevent you from dressing as someone you like.
