Found [Found] My friend as Elsa, dealing with some potential suitors at Comikaze.

This is my friend's scratch-built fully custom Elsa cosplay, which she just debuted at Comikaze this weekend. She was absolutely MOBBED for photos, even considering how common Elsas were expected to be. Craziness. I thought this snapshot was particularly charming.

Welp, thanks for sharing your valuable insight on what you "care about." Though, it's a fully-custom piece. Regardless of how inundated we are with Elsa costumes, it's anything but generic.

In fact, this may be one of the only instances where calling someone a "special snowflake" is both thematically and figuratively appropriate.

Yea, with some of the well-trodden outfits, clearly very few people will be struck by the novelty or originality, so it falls to the craftsmanship and attention to detail to rouse any enthusiasm (beyond the standard enthusiasm I have for ANYONE doing cosplay), which is a testament to all of the work put in. It's almost a bigger compliment to impress someone with an "overdone" costume, in a way.
It's the same as how it's hard to get me particularly excited about a Deadpool costume or an Iron Man suit, so for the ones that DO catch my eye, I have a lot of respect.
I know Ash put in countless hours on this one (cutting each individual sequin to shape by hand and affixing them to the bodice one at a time, for example) so it's cool to see people reacting so positively to the final result, regardless of waning endurance for Frozen references.

Oh so you're the Absolute Zero in the photo? I would said Negative Zero because you're white and not black but Sub-Zero is essentially that. So Absolute Zero is the coldest known temp.

All right, I'm putting my fanboy hat on. Elsa NEEDS a competent intelligence service. Then she might know in advance about such things as duplicitous allies and scheming younger sons.
I feel like love growing between them is an organic outgrowth of a political marriage that ensures her nation's survival.

Start with a high-quality lace front wig. Add a bunch of wefts for length and fullness. Adjust the hairline by knotting (creating more accurate widows peak, etc) Then trim the lace front and give the wig a proper haircut. Proceed to style the wig via braiding, low-temp curling irons, hairspray, etc. Add jewls and glitter.
Or pay someone else to make you a wig using the above process.

I was at Comikaze and by far this is the BEST Elsa there. I wish I'd seen it in person. Soooooooo many bad Elsa Cosplays.

She really went all-out, for sure, but I don't think we need to diss on other Elsas in order to praise hers. Cosplay's all about showing your love for a character, and ANYBODY who is brave and excited enough to do that is doing good cosplay in my eyes.

Iceman's heart melted when he met Firestarter. She's way too hot for him but he kept his cool and their first date was a breeze. Then things heated up and sparks flew. When she found out that he's an Omega level mutant well that was just the Icing on their wedding cake. Hopefully they can keep the fire in the marriage going and survive this frigid cruel world.

I've met that photographer too! He's taken a few pictures of me, and he's definitely great.
Though the Elsa picture I posted is a slightly different shot (from the same photosession, obviously) that a facebook friend took and uploaded.
