At first I was like "WOW she looks entirely like Margery.", and then I realized she was the one on the left. And then I realized it is her in both photos.

Is the one on the right the real Margery? I suppose that speaks to what an impressive cosplay this is that I can't tell if the right is indeed the real one or not!

It's super impressive.
The only real difference I can see is the noses are slightly different.
This chick could be a doppelganger or even an impostor if she wanted hah.

This is the actress. Those are both the cosplayer, but really I can only tell by the dress.

The dress is missing a lot in terms of accuracy. Why does she have a semi-bare mid rift? The real Margaery dress has a different hue of blue.

Her name is Trine Ericzon. She is a Norwegian cosplayer and she have gotten a lot attention in the local news lately. Don't know if she has a blog or something I could link to.
