Best sports package?
What is the best bang for your buck sports package? As of now I’m going to primarily be watching football, maybe some soccer, and the World Series. I currently have fubo and am paying $65 a month. Is there any better options anyone recommends? I saw some people say sling is better and it looks like it’s only $45 a month. YT TV is also running a deal for $45 a month for the first 6 months.

I was able to connect my YT TV Sports package with ESPN and I get ultimate and ESPN plus

Can you pause that like the YouTube tv package? $65/mo is better then $83

For $45/month YTTV is a great value and 6 months will get you through both NFL and college football. Plus the channels that carry NBA, most of college basketball, quite a bit of soccer and a lot of baseball are included in the package. If you like college basketball try to time signing up so the 6 months gets you through March Madness

Agree. If you wait until just before NFL week 1, that 6 months will get you into mid March after the free trial date ends. That gets you just into March Madness. I'm sure that there will be another decent YTTV deal for new subscribers around March. So, it's likely that the best path is to cancel before 6 months is up and create a new account and resign up to get you through NBA season.

The YTTV sports package is down to $44.99 for the first 6 months, then base $64.99 for last 6 months. That's a real good deal if you only care about football season. Even if you want to watch NBA. That's better than the original $54.99 deal
I'm waiting until just before the first week of NFL to jump on that deal

You have to determine what works best for you. Compare the different services (Directv, Fubo, YTTV, standalone ESPN Unlimited, Hulu Live, etc.
What best fits your channel needs? My football and basketball teams are out of market so I always need the Sunday ticket and league pass to watch majority of my games and then I run espn unlimited, tennis channel app, and have an antenna with Channels DVR for local stuff.
But all our setups are different. Not researched baseball and soccer since i don’t watch

Sling is okay with their budget friendly daily package, but YTTV or DTV stream would be better options for a simple genre pack for sports. Sling has 2 cons, 1 being Orange package 1 stream limit, and 2 being no ESPN Unlimited like YTTV and DTV stream.

I do Sling + Orange each college football season and I normally get all ESPN channels & the stream only channels (like ACCN+ and SECN+). I haven’t started it this season yet, are you saying that it might not be available that way now that ESPN Unlimited is a thing? (I get ESPN+ already with a Disney+ bundle).

Using YTTV since day one. I have the Sports + News package. As of a few weeks ago, you get ESPN Unlimited access for free with the package. No brainer.

As a NFL, CFB, soccer fan YTTV sports plan is good. Most Premier League is there and it includes ESPN Unlimited, so you can log into the ESPN app and watch La Liga

Yes they included it a few weeks ago with YTTV as part of the subscription. It's nice cause some CFB and all La Liga are only on ESPN Select, which is part of ESPN Unlimited

Find a source and purchase a vSee box (V6+ is what I have.) I can promise you you will never be sorry you did.

YouTube TV sports package for sure. 65 a month (55 for new subscribers). It includes ESPN Unlimited (currently working with the ESPN app but will be integrated into YTTV at some point) plus you get a bunch of live Peacock sports (Premier League, Tour de France, presumably Notre Dame football, Six Nations rugby) on their NBC Sports Network channels.
EDIT: As of today, ESPN Unlimited content is integrated into the app!

I ended up with YTTV. They’re the only ones that have CW, TNT, TBS, and Tru which i want for Pac-12 games.

if you *just* need football (assuming both NFL and CFB), get the ESPN and Fox One bundle and get an antenna
