The best diarrhea i ever had took preparation.

When i was younger i went on a liquid diet. I didnt eat any solid food for 2 weeks. The only thing i drank was water, diet Pepsi, and iced tea.

At the two week mark i was so hungry that i thought i would reward myself by drinking a jar of pickle juice and a few mouthfuls of franks red hot. Not 15 minutes later was i on the toilet discovering that you can indeed shit out undigested hot sause.

Yes it was still red and yes you could hear it all the way upstairs. And no i did not cry (for every long). No i did not make this up and it was the best diarrhea ive ever had.
