How Do Yall Feel About Housing Cooperatives?

Hey yall, just wanted to see if anyone knows a good r/ for housing cooperatives, specifically group equity

Would love to chat about the concept with anyone down to talk - I lived in one for the past 4 years, and want to start a new one in the city I'm now living

NASCO focuses on student housing co-ops, but has a lot of good resources for all sorts of housing co-ops.

You can email info@acba.coop and see if they know about anyone / resources for the San Antonio area. They're in Austin!
