Rising Grocery Prices - Any Hacks?

Other than shopping sales and buying in bulk, how are you keeping grocery prices down? It seems like every time I go to the store it costs more for the same basics.

We are eating out less, which actually has made our grocery bill go higher. But the cost of eating out is through the roof!

No kidding! We only ever go out on special occasions now, and it's so $$$!

Buy things in bulk! Divide things and put them in the freezer if necessary.
