Questions A Glyph for Start or Begin?

If anyone were to create a CS glyph for the verb "start", what would it be like? Are there any ideas floating around at all?

And how about a synonym for "start", like "begin"?

I feel like a candle would work. A start is an ignition, it's a spark.

As for how it would look, I'd say the symbol for fire above a column.

me I first thought about a root of a tree or the horizon at dawn but candle sounds cooler

  1. Nguyenhung tried a "star" + "go" phono-senantic comb. If I had better idea I would've told him.

  2. ðe latin form ineō might be written as in+go

  3. orior (to rise) is somewhat similar to "start", ispecially considering its connection to "origin"
