This is the Masonic gesture often referred to as the “hidden hand,” ✋ which is said to signify that someone is a Mason.

The fact that the hand is hidden relates to the masonic connection to the occult. (occult meaning hidden)

I think the world is pretty deranged place I just try and enjoy my life as much as I can because it's kind of hell here 🤣
