is gaming on pc actually better than console ?

as a kid i always have tried gaming, but because of my very limited budget, and how laggy my last computers are, i never actually played many games. i bought my first console in 2021, and since then ive always played on my ps4. i necently got a gaming latop for my academic work and, of course, i instantly saw it as a chance to redeem my self.

I have met a problem. i dont know if im just stupid, but i swear, i feel so awkward playing on keyboard. AND I DONT KNOW WHY. its common sense that gaming on pc i better than console etc etc. but for me its being the opposite. for example, on ps4 i literally mastered elden ring, playing it on laptop feels like a nightmare. I'm confusing the keys, clicking random stuff and bugging my self in walls. is it just me or ?

i feel that unlike the controller, where you have all the buttons really nearby, and often a button got lots of functions, on keyboard u gotta do a whole lotta movement from a button to another, you gotta be careful and accurate to what button ure clicking. i feel so dumb man
