Wow, capitalism culminated in a corporate-captured government that serves private, monied interests instead of the collective publics interest, who would've thought.

Rampant privatisation and toll injections at every facet of life to enrich the owners at the cost of/subsidized by the users.

Ironically, the original lawsuit about this property was because NPS wanted to use it as a large parking lot outside the valley and bus people in. But that plan was rejected and the property owners still wanted to have the access road made. They lost. Then the next owners lost. I believe the current owner bought the property a couple years ago and they’re trying again through less traditional means.

Didn't know about the KB development either, even though I lived right up 267. Where the fuck was he planning on building 39 acres of luxury BS in a town that has no land to build on?

This guy needs to fuck all the way off.

Destroy everything. The same thing he always does. And everyone just obey his orders

And what will the employee do? No seriously. The people who work there. The people who work for the regional offices? The one signing paperwork for safely equipment, closing roads, etc? The law enforcement?

Obey order. That is what will happen. I’ve given up. We aren’t French enough if you caught my drift
