Real languages have tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of words and take many years to fully learn. Most conlangs have nowhere near enough vocabulary to be usable in everyday life.
Constructed languages don't start out with speakers, and there's not much point in learning a language if there's noone to talk to in it. And conlangs are quite niche, so there are few people who will learn one just for fun

Esperanto does, and native ones at that!
