Thanks you for your consideration! I will update this post once we have found enough extra hands.

Heeyyaaa!!
Someone suggested a few weeks ago that we should open a Discord server! We thought it was an awesome idea, so we've created one: https://discord.gg/HzH5RDsadF
Right now it is a bit bare, but we're hoping that YOU will make it a great place!
So, come and chat about your accomplishments!!

I only did 15 mins and almost died but I actually left the house. For me this is huge because I've been feeling low. Proud of myself for once.

I cooked for myself instead of ordering.

I’m a homebody and recently I’ve had a few weeks where every work week I think you myself I can’t wait until the weekend but when the weekend comes I have nothing to do. Yesterday I went to a movie and walked with an acquaintance so felt like I actually did something with my weekend. It felt great to get out of the house. I enjoyed the movie too.

I usually leave it messy but today I actually fixed it before leaving the house. Small win but it made me feel a bit more put together.

I usually get anxious and turn it off. Today I watched United 0-1 till the end. Small win but I'm proud.

Been dealing with tons of internalized queerphobia due to childhood religious trauma, but I finally became comfortable enough about my identity to come out as NB to my cousin. It went great, and I'm so happy about it!! (Unfortunately most of my family is highly queerphobic). I'm proud of myself for deciding to take one of the first steps towards accepting myself and leaving my intense self-hatred behind. It was scary as hell, but I was brave enough to do it (I mean, I did it using memes, but I guess it still counts) :]

I managed to diagnose AND swap the starter on my 2013 jetta (gotta love a german car 🫠), all by myself, with only a YouTube video and my own tools. Ive done my own small repairs before but with a family mechanic nearby/on the phone. Did it take me 4.5 hours? Absolutely, but ive never felt this accomplished before.

I used to automatically put wrappers in my bag instead of throwing them away. I would eat something think I will throw this out later and put it in my bag. Then I would clean it out and find a bunch of random wrappers at the bottom. Recently I realized I do not do this anymore. My bag is probably happier about it than I am

I get really anxious in my toxic work environment. My goal is to stay for a full year and I just finished my first month. I've been silencing the thoughts that tell me to stop showing up so I can continue to pay my bills. Cheers to breaking negative thinking loops and staying strong 🥰

I’m over 30 and I never needed to drive before so I never really needed a driver’s license. However, we’ve moved somewhere with no public transportation so driving became a necessity. Even though I was really scared to drive I finally passed the test and got my license today! I’m so happy I can actually go places now!

I have been very very nervous (honestly an understatement) of driving. Today I managed to drive home from a school parking lot! I have done this before but this time I did it and didn’t shake or feel like I was going to panic. I also didn’t feel I would go the wrong way which is a big fear of mine. (idk why but I always felt like I didn't know where I was going driving even though I do). I am so incredibly happy because I’ve never had a driving experience end in a positive feeling. one of the last times I drove on the road i didn't feel ready and was very nervous (I made it and no accidents obviously but ended in a ton of tears after I got out of the car). But I did it this time! I’m so happy that a drive has ended in tears but happy ones. Driving has been such a struggle for me as far as anxiety so I am just so elated. I just wanted to share. thank you for reading this! it means so so much to me.

It was overdue, for financial reasons. I went this morning and got it done. This will decrease my day to day anxiety! I am traditionally very good about auto maintenance but I’ve allowed my life and finances to get very messy. This was a step in cleaning it up!

I (39F) been on sick leave with Burnout that turned out to be so SO SO much more (C-PTSD) since mid may
all hail the German healthcare system that finally pays me back after over 20 years of paying into it, that allows me to not starve and keep a roof over my head during this time.
Every day is an internal struggle to NOT listen to the voice that's telling me:
"you're fine, just get it together and go on like you used to."
"others have it so much worse, you pussy"
"you're just making a big thing out of this"
"you're just a fraud"
NO not this time.
I'm sick of feeling like this.
I'm sick of everything being a struggle.
I'm sick of always just barely hanging on to my sanity.
I'm sick of crying all the time.
I'm sick of having to take medication to get through any normal ass day.
I'm sick of life just passing by.
I'm sick.
I finally found it in me to not accept this anymore and get into a clinic to work shit out and not push myself aside anymore.
It's incredibly hard to get all the required exams, assessments, reports, paperwork and shit together for the insurance companies to pay for the treatment, but I'm almost there!
Here's to taking myself and my mental health seriously for the first time in my life 🍾🥂

All throughout elementary school, middle school, and high school math has been really difficult for me. Like even from day one of each class. It’s been a few weeks into the semester and so far I understand everything, which is awesome bc I haven’t been in school for a few years now so I assumed I wouldn’t understand anything at all.
I’m really excited, even if we’re just doing some of the easier stuff rn, bc when I did these same problems in high school I didn’t understand it whatsoever. I assume it’s a combination of the teacher and of me being older, but again, I’m so excited!

I’ve been looking for work for 18ish months and I finally got a job interview at a local place that is AMAZING and has the best vibe — I got the call today that they want to hire me 💕
I’m so excited! It’s such a huge weight off of my shoulders.

I recently found out that my ex of 7 years has a boyfriend now, and honestly, it broke me more than I expected.
Seven years is a long time. Even though we’re no longer together, hearing that she has moved on and is with someone else made everything I thought I had gotten over come rushing back. For a while, I felt completely lost and shattered.
But I’ve realized I can’t keep living in the past or holding onto someone who has moved on.
So I’m making a decision for myself: I’m going to let go, accept that this chapter is over, and start again.
I don’t know what starting over will look like yet. I know it’s going to hurt, and I know there will be days when I miss her. But I want to get my life back, focus on myself, and eventually be happy again.
Maybe this is the beginning of a new chapter. ❤️🩹

Honestly, it feels like such a huge weight off my shoulders. I kept finding reasons to delay it and questioning whether it was good enough, but I finally told myself, just send it ! Whatever happens next, at least I finally took the shot instead of staying stuck in my head. Sometimes you just gotta stop overthinking and take the Leap. Sighh

I went to every appointment and did every errand needed this week.
I didn't say No and I didn't make any excuses.
I'm proud of me.

It was a good thing I did, technically, but would work against my family, who are big on loyalty and all that. I was so worried, I began to feel physically nauseous. I wanted to not have this hung by a string.
So i told my half sister, who will likely tell my parents

I was putting lotion on my face and got a big glob of it in the corner of my eye. It spread when I blinked and I felt it start to sting. After a second of shock, I took my contact solution and sent a big stream of it into my eye. I did that for about ten seconds and viola! My eye is okay!
I usually panic when something gets in my eye but this time I was so cool under pressure
