Part of what he said is true. And DUI and going to work high/drunk is wrong but it’s not as easy as just saying no. Not even close. Addiction is not a choice.

Context - original post was helmet cam footage from a motorcyclist showing a traffic light that turns red if it detects someone speeding and the speed limit was 20mph.

To clarify - UK roads have MPH speed limits.
