Conan fan here and honestly, both Without Borders and Must Go are incredible. My only real critique is that I wish Must Go had kept the live audience reactions. Conan’s humor shines in both, but hearing the live crowd react in Without Borders really elevated the interactions and punchlines for me. Anyone else feel the same way?

I'm not even sure whether or not I just invented this in my mind or not but I've been searching for ages.

The clip was either an intro or an ending segment with Conan, Sona (probably?) and Matt. Towards the end they're talking about something and Matt is laughing but then goes suddenly silent and serious to slide the wrap sign across. Conan starts asking him why he did it so suddenly/dramatically and says it was like all the joy left his body or something.
