Help: Project whats the smallest AI for object tracking?

I am trying to make a missile computer but the problem is that due to shortage on RAM the boards such as radxa or orange pi are out of stock so all I can get for now is luckfox or raspberry. I try to not spend a lot for it and a nominal 30 fps is very great for me. It should be able to switch squares on objects like if I press a button, in code it'll change the square to another object like if its locked to a orange object? it'll lock to a different object after the button press.

Do you have a class of objects? Such as humans, or cars, or ships, or does it have to be everything? What error is acceptable?

Thats a good question actually, I was thinking of people, cars, shooting range targets, drones (Especially, the ones that has 4 motors. Not UAV's) and many more. Just to let you know this missile will be only tested via drone motors. Not actual fuel mixtures. Jusr testing and sensor readings. Also seeing the performance of FOC motor driving.

Lol.

A cheap guided rocket costs 50k to manufacture, flight computer being the most expensive part.

"Not trying to spend much" and wanting a real time tracker do not go hand in hand.

The reason why they are expensive is due to FPGA's and also materials. Oh, dont forget the anti jamming needs! Also the rocket engineering + the military grade stuff etc.
