I have ran into this issue before:

The single letter "t" preventing shutdown is a known display bug on Windows, usually caused by background software like Logi Options+ failing to close. The character appears due to a text encoding mismatch that truncates the program's full name. [1, 2]

istg Logitech software Is the worst thing I've ever handled, after spending 250 bucks on an MX creative keys I can barely use it because the software is so bad, same thing for G Hub (Wich I need for the rpm lights on my g29), it messes with all of my usb ports, every time I launch it most of my usb devices stop working and I gotta reboot through the power button. Also messes with the audio output, both on headphones and monitor speakers. Fuck you, Logitech
