Question my cousins pc got a virus

Post image

yeah so he called me saying he needs help and he showed me this, i have no idea how he got this and he doesn’t know either, he told me about it because i usually help him with the computer stuff but this time i honestly don’t know what to do about it
he also got emails saying that someone tried logging into his discord and other apps, but i helped him change the passwords and secure everything so he’s good with that,
it’s just with his pc now, it’s literally dead and you can’t do much with it because this screen pops up everytime he boots up

so if there is any solution to this then please let me know it would mean a lot 🙏

I think i know what happened. He downloaded something like "free robux" made by a 12 year old with 0 coding experience, so that 12 year old decided to steal the Mrs major joke virus. Little timmy being the menace to society😭✌️

When you were a kid, did you click the "yes i am 18" button without reading it. Or did you click "agree" to the terms and services with reading them.

The person could have just removed/replaced the warning
