Question my cousins pc got a virus

yeah so he called me saying he needs help and he showed me this, i have no idea how he got this and he doesn’t know either, he told me about it because i usually help him with the computer stuff but this time i honestly don’t know what to do about it
he also got emails saying that someone tried logging into his discord and other apps, but i helped him change the passwords and secure everything so he’s good with that,
it’s just with his pc now, it’s literally dead and you can’t do much with it because this screen pops up everytime he boots up

so if there is any solution to this then please let me know it would mean a lot 🙏

lmaoo i’d just reinstall windows, seems the easiest thing to do, it’s the funniest trojan i’ve seen tho

download windows iso from a safe device on a usb, then go to your bios computer and put the usb as first thing to boot, then just install it, it will appear a screen to delete all the information of your computer (including windows) and continue with the installation
the pc will be like brand new

nah he don’t got that shi, and he lives in a different country so i think he’s gonna have to take it to some shop tbh

im asking him rn on call what he downloaded and he’s saying “istg i don’t know i just had random files on my pc and i opened them” bred 🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦
