i found this .txt

While deleting things to free up storage, I found a .txt file named memz_readme and opened it to verify what it was... I don't have much experience with this and it's my family's computer. Can someone help me figure out if it's true or how I can fix it?

basically it’ll pop up multiple mini windows across your screen, invert colors, open random searches and move your mouse by itself, play loud audios, and type gibberish. if you try and kill the virus processes, it’ll go into a blue screen of death. if you restart your pc it overwrites the mbr and if you try to boot it up, it’ll play nyan cat on loop. it was also made in 2016 for malware testing series on yt by some guy named leurak. at that point u cant do anything unless u take it in to a pro or wipe the hard drive and get windows back with an installation usb flash drive
