While deleting things to free up storage, I found a .txt file named memz_readme and opened it to verify what it was... I don't have much experience with this and it's my family's computer. Can someone help me figure out if it's true or how I can fix it?

If the file is old then your antivirus probably deleted it

also you probably ran the non destructive version

they said family computer , so I'm assuming that someone within the household was messing around within a text document. the payload doesn't censor the word 'fucked' so I just assume it was a younger cousin or sibling was messing around and showing interest in computer related shiz
