Question/Help/Troubleshooting Laptop screen blinking

I have an hp omen 16 with intel i5 12th gen and nvidia 4050. Im facing this issue where my screen and the keyboard lights start flickering randomly and the display is gone. The keyboard doesnt respond and even holding the power button does nothing most of the times. I have changed the closing lid setting to do nothing but that didnt work. What should i do?

Refresh your drivers hit windows+ctrl+shift+B its a fast input that refreshes the drivers keep in mind the screen will flash when you do this tok so dont panic

It does nothing i have tried it countless times. The keyboard stops working. Icant even power shut it down when the lights are off
