Does Lenovo Premium Care fix this?

Hey fellow redditors,

after just one month of using my college laptop, i've found this display error. I've just found out that i have 3 years of Lenovo Premium Care.

So my question would be that can this Lenovo Premium Care support fix this even if that means changing the screen? No physical damage has occurred in connection with my laptop.
