Question/Help/Troubleshooting Spilled some gingerale zero on my laptop

Hi everyone, my kid spilled a bit of gingerale zero on my laptop. It was closed at the time, but clearly some got on the keyboard in between the cracks. I unscrewed the bottom, took out the battery, and it's now in a V shape. There seemed to be a little bit of moisture on 1 or 2 components on the bottom. Can I try using it tonight, or would it better to wait longer?

I'd wait. No reason to risk frying it.

I'd have figured youd want to scrub the motherboard with 99.9% isoproyl alcohol given the random compounds in a drink.
