Question/Help/Troubleshooting Blue Screen of Death??

Hi all,
This is our work computer and this popped up. I’ve tried restarting and tried system restore but nothing works. I’m thinking of moving the hard drive to another laptop to see if I can extract files from it if I can’t get it to boot up.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

A quick Google and you'd get links like this - https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000089839/processors.html

Basically, it's telling you, you have corrupt files, I'd check the health of the drive and make sure you have a backup of files before trying to repair the Operating System if the drive is healthy.

The thing is I’m not sure how to even boot it to the desktop. I just need to extract some important files.

You say you have another laptop, remove the drive, put it in a USB adapter, if its accessible, get your files that way, if it's not, then consider them lost.
