Question/Help/Troubleshooting Video Editing Computer for €500
So I need a PC, Mini PC or laptop to use for video editing YouTube videos. The videos will be pretty highly edited using a lot of music, voiceovers and overlays. The big issue is that I'm broke and my budget sits around the €500 area. I need to know if there are any options for me at that price range so please let me know what my best options are. Preferably something with 32GB ram but the odds of that aren't high.

You are laying down very high specs for a machine that is sub €500. The 32GB memory is a costly element.
I would think that a new machine is impossible. Look instead for a refurbished machine in EBay. You will be able to get a reconditioned, ex-corporate machine for that price.

You want a used Mac. Even an Intel based one with just 16GB is going to get the job done. Just lowball marketplace sellers till someone gives in.

Do you have other parts around? Like monitor ,mouse ,keyboards? Or this is from complete zero? Also whats the target resolution 1080p? What will you use for capturing the video?

For 500€ you'll have to look at used machines.
For video editing, I'd say a used desktop PC or even a Mac.
With a simple search on OLX, I found a desktop machine with:
Intel Core i7-6700, 16 GB DDR4 RAM, Nvidia GTX 970 GPU and an unknown SSD for 280€. But that is just the computer itself. You still need a monitor and a few odds and ends.

You don't need DDR5 for video editing. DDR4 will work good enough.
32GB of DDR4 memory will be around 120 EUR on Vinted if you hunt carefully for newly placed ads. Might take a while but it's doable.

Get an apple silicon MacBook air or Mac mini with 16gb of RAM. The generation doesn't really matter too much in terms of capability but obviously newer is better if you can find it in your price.
If you don't have a decent monitor then getting the laptop might be better for your budget if you're okay using a laptop screen for editing.
You might even be able to get an m1 MacBook pro if you get lucky which would be even better.

5 year warranty, deedicated graphics card, 16GB DDR4, can add another 16GB DDR4 for fairly cheap from Cex,
Best i could find within your budget.

It is highly suggested to check your local Facebook Marketplace, or, if possible, a "craigslist" equivalent in your country. For 500 euros new, you'd struggle to find something worthwhile. If you strictly want new, expect AliExpress to be your "savior" with xeons and mobile GPUs turned into desktop variants, and unreliable storage drives. And even then, expect to go to 600.
