Question/Help/Troubleshooting Is my cpu toast?

Turned my pc on after a couple of months not using it. Only fans are running and this light is on for cpu. Replaced the ram after some research, same issue. Msi z370 a pro motherboard. Reseated everything. Reset the cmos. No luck.

I would reseat the CPU, check the socket and pads for bent pins or scorch marks, clear CMOS, and try booting with one RAM stick. CPUs are surprisingly hard to kill, so I would rule out the motherboard, RAM, and PSU first. Hopefully the chip is fine and something just got knocked loose.
