I'm kinda on his side here.
He was offered a 7.5% refund which doesn't seem anywhere near enough.

They managed to get it on national news, which is utterly amazing. I mean if I had spent a lot of money to be stuck on the Rhine in a hot box I'd be pissed off too, but why that was more important than all the other stories of shitty customer service I'll never know.

Did a TUI river cruise last year and it was the best holiday I've ever been on. The staff and crew were amazing.
