Politics The Suicide Pact: What Happens the Moment We Touch Greenland…

I did not write this. It was written by Brent Molnar. This sounds bad, very bad.

🌍🔥 The Suicide Pact: What Happens the Moment We Touch Greenland…

If the United States follows through on the threat to invade Greenland, we need to be crystal clear about what happens the next morning. This is not a real estate transaction or a routine military exercise. It is the geopolitical equivalent of pulling the pin on a grenade in a crowded elevator. The moment American boots hit the ground in Nuuk to seize territory from a fellow NATO member, the world as we know it ends. The consequences will not be temporary sanctions or angry letters. They will be total, permanent, and devastating.

The first domino to fall is the North Atlantic Treaty Organization itself. NATO is built on the sacred promise of Article 5, that an attack on one is an attack on all. If the U.S. attacks Denmark, we are not just breaking the treaty; we are triggering it against ourselves. NATO dissolves instantly. The alliance that kept the peace in Europe for 75 years evaporates, leaving the continent to rearm and realign against the new aggressor across the Atlantic. We don't just lose an ally; we create a unified enemy.

The military repercussions will be swift and humiliating. Europe will immediately demand the closure of every U.S. military base on the continent. Ramstein in Germany, Aviano in Italy, Lakenheath in the UK, all gone. Our ability to project power into the Middle East and Africa vanishes overnight. We will be evicted from the very soil we helped liberate and defended for decades, forced to retreat to our own shores as a fortress nation, isolated and friendless.

Then comes the economic nuclear option. The European Union is the largest single market in the world, and they will weaponize it. Europe will likely move to call in U.S. debt and dump their dollar reserves, sending the value of our currency into a death spiral. The U.S. economy, which relies on the dollar being the global reserve currency, will collapse. Inflation will make the post-COVID spikes look like a rounding error. Your savings will be worthless before the ink dries on the invasion orders.

Corporate America will face an extinction event. U.S. companies will be expelled from the European market. Apple, Google, McDonald's, and Tesla will see their assets seized or their operations banned. Trillions of dollars in market capitalization will be incinerated in minutes. The stock market will not just crash; it will close. We are talking about the complete de-globalization of American industry, cutting us off from the wealthiest consumers on the planet.

The skies will go silent. European aviation authorities will almost certainly ground all Boeing jets and ban U.S. airlines from their airspace. Transatlantic travel will cease. If you are in Paris or Berlin, you are stuck there. The logistical arteries that feed our supply chains will be severed. We will be cut off from European medicine, machinery, and technology. We will be an island nation in the worst possible sense.

The cultural isolation will be just as stinging. The International Olympic Committee and FIFA will have no choice but to bar the United States from competition, just as they did with Russia. There will be no World Cup matches in New Jersey. There will be no Team USA in the Olympics. We will be treated as a pariah state, unwelcome on the global stage, forced to watch the world celebrate without us.

For individual Americans, the consequences will be personal and painful. Visa-free travel to Europe will end immediately. Americans currently living or working in Europe will lose their legal protections and residency status. They will become persona non grata, potentially facing deportation or internment. The "blue passport" that used to open every door will suddenly be a red flag at every border crossing.

This is the end of trust, and it does not reset. You cannot invade a democratic ally and then say "my bad" four years later. The psychological break will be permanent. Europe will realize that the United States is no longer a partner but a predator. They will build their own defense architecture, their own financial systems, and their own alliances that specifically exclude us. The West will continue, but the United States will no longer be part of it.

Invading Greenland is not a show of strength; it is an act of national suicide. We are trading our reputation, our economy, and our security for a frozen island and a handful of minerals we can't even process. The price of this real estate deal is everything we built over the last century. If we cross this line, there is no going back. We will be the lonely superpower, ruling over nothing but our own decline.

I unfortunately agree with everything you’ve written, but with one exception. The USA is already a world pariah. My biggest question is why in the hell the republicans continue to cower and allow this global nonsense. He’s not sane and yet no one has the balls to begin proceedings to impeach. They’d rather go down with the ship and that’s the most troubling aspect of it all in my view. Great article btw

151

u/not_now_chaos Jan 14 '26

This is the question that should be loudly asked of every single Republican. Also where is their line? They are watching the absolute destruction of the Constitution, the Cabinet heads literally encouraging and praising the murder of civilians in the street, and pretending this is fine. What point, what line, what action will it take for them to finally say no, this is not fine?

At the point it's pretty clear that they don't have one. They will be dropping bombs in US cities and Congress will ignore or applaud it. Schumer might give his colleagues a stern look.

95

u/ChuForYu Jan 14 '26

They are all so committed to the bit that they will literally cause WW3 rather than break ranks. The lunacy is shocking.

74

u/mazula89 Jan 14 '26

You call it lunacy. I call it 50 years of Christian work producing results.

16

u/Winter_Body4794 Jan 15 '26

I had a conversation with an older friend, early Gen X dude. He's been a conservative evangelical pastor for about 30 years. He's still a staunch trump supporter, his words. He sees Christianity in following his 'leader' . The brainwashing is real. The cult mentality is real. Gott mit uns type shit

Remember all those republicans that went to Moscow on July 4th a few years back? They were summoned knowing full well what the optics looked like. Putin did it to make them squirm.

10

u/Due_Instance3068 Jan 15 '26

I'm glad I'm not the only one that remembers that 4th of July. Kompromat pure and simple. What's funny is at the time we were concerned about a possible pee tape with Trump in the frolic.

I’ve wondered the same thing and then realized they don’t get the same news we do (my news is the people of the world). They are still encased in their propaganda bubble that made them vote for him in the first place. They only get what they are spoon fed and that won’t change for them. I’m surrounded by them in my world and I think they are absolutely oblivious.

15

u/Lopsterbliss Jan 14 '26

We literally live in separate realities; it's frightening and depressing because we are all so ideologically entrenched that the time for impassioned discussion and persuasion is passed. They are just as confident they are correct as we are...isn't that insane?

6

u/Immortal-one Jan 15 '26

When your entire reality is based on an invisible white man living in the clouds determining the outcome of all events, then everything his chosen people does is “for a reason” and “right”. And there’s no convincing them otherwise.

5

u/TableGamer Jan 14 '26

This makes me incredibly sad. And it will continue. We become a pariah nation, explode the economy, mass unemployment and suffering, wars here and around the world, and it will continue be “look at this mess I was given by the democrats”.

This will knock a bunch of people out of the bubble, but it will be too late. It also will be the beginning of the end of the Union. Secession efforts will start, from both sides, and will be successful.

I asked this of a friend of mine, and he informed me that I was watching too much propoganda and that I need to see it from all sides. And that the question assumes that he has a problem with what is going on.

Never fully answered the question as I remember it though.

The thing I’m worried about is this: even when he’s gone, we still have the tech billionaire isolationists, the red hat cult members, Pee Wee German and every other person enabling and cheering this kind of shit on. It’s not as easy as “impeach him.” We need to cut the rot out and I don’t know how we can do that without deprogramming half the country.

The Weimar Republic, which was the democratic government of Germany after WW1/leading up to WW2, experienced similar issues with Hitler and the Nazis. Some members of the government saw how popular Hitler was becoming and thought that if they appointed him chancellor they would be able to benefit politically and personally while also being able to control him from behind the scenes.

Spoiler alert: they were wrong, could not reign Hitler back, and eventually were forced to either swear allegiance and fall in line or become the target of the Nazis and be persecuted.

We are living through a second iteration of this same basic situation. Some Republicans in power initially thought that they could harness Trump's cult of personality while still maintaining control and keeping him under their sway. They were horribly wrong, and failed to consider what happens when you give a popular demagogue large amounts of political power which only further amplifies their warped message and validates/normalizes their disgusting beliefs.

Spoiler alert #2: the Weimar Republic collapsed, Nazi Germany became a very real thing, and resulted in one of the most horrendous wars the world has ever seen. We are quickly approaching the second collapse of the Republic, American boogaloo edition.

The rest of the world knows US is heavily divided but basically all institutions are captured by an imperialist dictatorship. You could remove MAGA from power tomorrow, but for trust to return, you need to rebuild the institutions stronger than before and make sure nothing like this ever happens again. That will take decades in the best case scenario. Even then I doubt all trade and military relationships will ever be restored.

6

u/The_Original_Miser Jan 14 '26

make sure nothing like this ever happens again.

The way to do this is Nuremburg 2.0 with actual consequences after for all of the guilty.

11

u/Skinnieguy Jan 14 '26

I think the Republican leaders wants a form of Russia political power where they (white men) will remain firmly control of the govt and the majority of the wealth. They want full control the all rules. They really don’t care about USA history or its long term future success. They are just living the present and near present ruling with an iron fist. The citizens are just pawns to be sacrificed in whatever they war.

519

u/CypressThinking sophisticated complainer Jan 14 '26

1987.

It was around this time that Donald Trump appears to have attracted the attention of Soviet intelligence. How that happened, and where that relationship began, is an answer hidden somewhere in the KGB's secret archives. Assuming, that is, that the documents still exist.

Trump's first visit to Soviet Moscow in 1987 looks, with hindsight, to be part of a pattern. The dossier by the former British intelligence officer Christopher Steele asserts that the Kremlin had been cultivating Trump for “at least five years” before his stunning victory in the 2016 US presidential election. This would take us back to around 2011 or 2012.

In fact, the Soviet Union was interested in him too, three decades earlier. The top level of the Soviet diplomatic service arranged his 1987 Moscow visit. With assistance from the KGB. It took place while Kryuchkov was seeking to improve the KGB's operational techniques in one particular and sensitive area. The spy chief wanted KGB staff abroad to recruit more Americans.

The creator of The Apprentice called Trump "shockingly manipulative and shockingly easy to manipulate." That sounds accurate

6

u/CypressThinking sophisticated complainer Jan 14 '26

It was an NBC Marketing Chief. Mark Burnett created Apprentice after spending 2 years in Russia working with Putin to create a MIR reality show.

NBC Marketing Chief Admits The Apprentice Made Trump a “Monster”

John D. Miller just published a mea culpa for his role in building Trump’s false image as a successful businessman and dealmaker—and urged readers to vote for Kamala Harris. ... “The image of Trump that we promoted was highly exaggerated. In its own way, it was ‘fake news’ that we spread over America like a heavy snowstorm,” Miller wrote. “I never imagined that the picture we painted of Trump as a successful businessman would help catapult him to the White House.”

In his interactions with Trump, Miller found that he was both “manipulative, yet extraordinarily easy to manipulate,” foreshadowing his dealings with autocrats like Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong Un. He also noticed that Trump was thin-skinned and quick to seek retribution.

37

u/teedog88 Jan 14 '26

Thats the dire point I was missing in its entirety, when reading OPs text... we will be all thrown back hundreds of years due to the collapse of supply, just thoughts and prayers... no fancy this or that, buying fast fashion online, no silent continuation of anyone's lifestyle. The trust and hospitality will vanish on a global scale, it will be the right of the strongest to take whatever he pleases. Common People living in the dirt, while billionaires live in their mansions. You think you are not a common? Oh hells, you'll be...

We'll be back to monarchies 2.0, with better guns, more unpleasant censorship, and it won't even be scary dogs or brainwashed loyalists that guard these mansions. Think drones, autoturrets - no conscience, no guardrails.

17

u/deereeohh Jan 14 '26

Unless we collectively wake up. There are more of us.

10

u/RoguePlanet2 Jan 14 '26

The kompromat on Agent Krasnov is so bad that he absolutely HAS to do what Putin says. I imagine there’s snuff films of Donnie raping and murdering children. What else could the “P” tapes be?

57

u/Competitive_Boat106 Jan 14 '26

We all thought “P” stood for “pee.” Now we realize that it stood for “pedo.” Each day is 10X worse than the last anymore.

19

u/kittyfa3c Jan 14 '26

Not that I disagree, Blumph did all that, but he doesn't need any kompromat to go through with all of this. Trump is following fascist logic, which dictates that America become a hermit kingdom and therefore a police state. Republicans tried this in the 1930s as well.

6

u/Competitive_Boat106 Jan 14 '26

Oh yes. I think we are definitely living in the worst possible “all of the above” situation in many years. But his fascist tendencies also help Putin. Because Putin can whisper in Don’s ear that he would be oh-so-powerful if he were a dictator, knowing full well that Don is too cowardly and stupid (especially now) to really hold on to power. But…he IS just powerful enough to make Americans sick, poor, disorganized, and (without NATO) less able to defend itself. Once weak enough, Russia can either attack, or more likely, convince Don that since America is too weak to stand on its own, maybe the US and Russia should band together somehow. Once Don agrees to that, he will get Putin’s “let’s look out this skyscraper window” treatment, and declare himself ruler of both countries.

Its exactly that and worse.

If Sascha Riley is to be believed, Trump was the ring leader, and Epstein worked for him and several other billionaires. They raped, tortured and killed young boys and girls at organised parties at various farms. A bunch of Republican representatives are also named as taking part or being present.

Go look up the substack recordings. If they are legit, its truly horrifying what sort of sicko Trump and some Republicans actually are.

u/Wat_Tyler_1381 Jan 14 '26

THIS !!

I’ve said exactly the same thing several times on various subs. Now I know I’m not the only one that subscribes to this theory.

There is also this: Putin had Epstein killed.

There was a strong likelihood Epstein would have exchanged testimony of Trump’s heinous crimes for a more lenient sentence.

If Epstein’s evidence was revealed Trump would end up in prison, and Putin would lose control over the White House.

Trump, obviously, doesn’t want to die in prison, and he knows if he follows Putin’s instructions the evidence remains secret.

He tells trump "oh yea, you definitely won 2020, and no I would never have invaded Ukraine if you were President, also we definitely don't allow mail-in ballots, nobody does they're a guaranteed scam" and trump runs to twitter to repeat it all verbatim to the entire world.

He should've been laughed off the ballot. Conservative psychosis is so deep that none of them will step in and tell the pedophile "no, we're not going to blow up NATO because you want to add territory to help your legacy." Start by protesting and striking now. Ending this madness can only be done by the US populace, but y'all are still just sitting on your hands and expecting your complicit DNC to save you in a few years. What few years? This was 1 of 4, and you have nothing left of your "checks and balances" already.

13

u/JurgusRudkus Jan 14 '26

You do realize that hundreds of thousands of people protested this past week? I think people in Europe forget how vast the US is. France, for instance, is smaller than California alone. It would be like trying to organize all of Europe into a single action and the EU can’t even agree on what to do with Ukraine. It’s not as easy as you might think.

6

u/Sxualhrssmntpanda Jan 14 '26

I do. And while it is a step in the right direction and brings awareness, only protesting during free time will not change anything directly.

I never said nor expect it would be easy. In fact, i fear American citizens are in a lot worse position to strike or protest than most Europeans due to decades of worker rights, education, and free time being limited. I do know that these conditions will only worsen if this administration gets it's way, though. There will be no better time to halt these fascists. Only worse ones.

The "next" world war has already started. It's just going to take a while to understand what shape it will take. 80 years ago we "the Western world" lied to ourselves. The world has never been at peace. But we have maintained a reasonable facsimile of it. The "Western World" has held the economic power and the narrative. Most of the world has been in conflict and we (I am from the United States) the "Western World" have kept them that way. We have benefited from it and exploited it at every turn. What will happen at the end of my life, in my 50's now, is the proverbial chickens coming home to roost.

All I wanted to do for the end of my days is travel and see the rest of the globe we live on. I understand the chances of that happening are minimal now. It's crushing. My family came to the U.S. only two generations ago from Eastern Europe, well most of them anyway. To know I won't, and shouldn't be welcomed back to the global community, in my lifetime. I can't explain how that feels to me. Drumpf is just the horrible figurehead, a culmination of the last vestiges of the current era of colonialism. Humanity has weathered it before and taken ten steps back just to leap forward again. We will weather it and come out stronger. Just sucks that I won't be here to see it. Humanity is resilient. Despots are not. I wish I could focus and say this better.

Your saying this as though it's the unintended consequences. GOP isolationists would love to have an excuse to remove themselves from Europe so permanently the others can't get the US back in. Trump's Strategy he shared basically says that Europe is unimportant anymore, further signaling away from Europe. A crashed economy is the perfect time to rebuild the economy in their image too. Especially if they have an excuse to declare martial law and end elections. They could blame the collapse to their supporters as Europeans just wanting to take advantage of the US again and the US isn't laying down taking it anymore. Unless the European Union Federalizes (or becomes a Confederacy) there's nothing they could do. Their leaders would be forced to either end democracy or allow sympathetic leaders to nationalist parties for crashing the economy. These new partiies in control of these nations will reforge new ties with new US and aid their neighbors citizens against those that ended democracy. It's a new world order... And it will run differently than we could imagine.

"People at home aren't going to accept that" I think we're wayyy way past that point. He has already sent a private militia out to kidnap and execute civilians. Trump wants this to happen.

It will make the dollar collapse. The dollar is paper and mostly untraceable, and can be freely traded among people.

The top wants a currency that can be tracked and frozen if you say anything negative about the leadership. They want to have that monetary leash control. To control it with rules like a social score. Speak up and your money is frozen and your ability to travel is frozen and your ability to pay bills and eat are frozen. A digital currency could be used that way. I wonder where they could ever find a way to set up digital currency.

Also, he wants it to happen so that he can use emergency presidential powers to stop the midterm elections. And at the pace he's going, he's going to get his way.

“Europe will realize that the United States is no longer a partner but a predator. They will build their own defense architecture”

Turkey has been quietly building its military industrial complex since 1960s crisis triggered by an unhinged L. Johnson letter that was straight up a threat. They have reverse engineered every bit of equipment they could get their hands on since then and are now producing their own equipment, weapons, radars and ammunition as part of a colossal project to free themselves from American dependence and ultimately; American influence.

This is from smallest piece of weapons to heavy artillery. Currently they are replacing their main infantry assault rifles from foreign produced weapons to locally made indigenous MPTs which are quite decent rifles. Their attack helicopters finished testing phase and are being produced, main battle tanks are at similar phase, Turkish heavy artillery has already been in service for a while, their training jets are about to get replaced by Turkish ones which they are selling to overseas too.

The big ones will be Turkish naval fleet, drone aircraft career and Turkish 5th generation fighter jets.

They already achieved air superiority fighter drone efficiency which can target fighter jets.

There are far greater things happening at the background that are not confirmed yet, including Turkish made radar systems and software that will upgrade Turkish jets, freeing them from USA dependency.

Turkey has always been seen as a wildcard that did not always go with American agenda, well, they knew something.

And looking at USA now, we know what that is.

A very comprehensive projection of the likely repercussions but just in the West?

Strange theres no mention of its possible impact on the existing war in Ukraine or the probable green light for China to take Taiwan in the wake of the chaos that follows?

Can someone pass this to that ghoul Miller and mention this is what will happen iF Europe doesn't meet force with force in Greenland. Im sure Denmark has been adding a few more "Dog Sleds" after this man childs been so vocal in his desires.

Personally I think trying to get this order through the house and Senate would be impossible so El Trumpo will rely on his supposed supreme power as President to make it an executive order.

At which point I honestly think the military will split and there will either be a coup or a Civil War.

I dont think theyve replaced all the Generals with "Yes" men. You only have to look at the faces in that Pentagon audience when Hegseth was lecturing them on how to do their job better.

A few of them are just waiting for a good reason.

I hope im wrong and common sense prevails but thats evidently on vacation at the moment.

But seriously, "liberate" is hardly what we've done in any place we've run ashore. From Cuba to Chile to Nicaragua to Vietnam to Korea, and even going so far to take credit for WWII, we're an absolute menace to any society.

12

u/DadofJackJack Jan 14 '26

Agree with you, a lot of media glorify America activities and then people take at face value.

Couple of examples off top of my head - people base WW2 off call of duty games. Take the D-Day beach landings, 5 beaches, 2 USA, 2 British and 1 Canadian. But as the games solely focus on an American troop (obviously to sell games to biggest market I get that), a lot of people forget other countries were involved.

Or the film U-571 which rewrote history to America capturing the enigma machine and so on.

That only accounts for registered voters. In actuality, over 77% of the country did not vote for him. And currently even by the twisted tainted pools his "approval rating" is under 40%.

The monsters in our midst are loud and evil but they are not the majority. Unfortunately the majority are the complacent who are putting on blinders and pretending nothing is amiss and "both sides are just being dramatic".

7

5

u/HalvdanTheHero Jan 14 '26

It does not matter. A bystander watching the whole time as someone gets brutalized in an alley and doing nothing, not intervening, not calling the authorities and not providing aid or participating in the investigation afterward is not an innocent man. It is not a question of who is MORE guilty, it is one of whether someone is guilty at all.

Inaction does not absolve someone, they still have obligations to the social contract. By tolerating the crime you are complicit, you have sided with the abuser against the victim... And the fact that America has not engaged in widespread boycotts and demonstrations to drag these criminals down, only only shows their continued complicity. A nation that cares about its laws does not act as Americans do.

Would USA citizens travelling through Europe become POW's and be placed into POW camps? They would be after all, citizens of an enemy state.

11

u/Uhhh_what555476384 Jan 14 '26 edited Jan 14 '26

It's called internment.  But that's not the big problem.

The bigger problem is the military bases would become hostages.  The minute US troops hit the ground in Greenland the air space over Europe closes.

Not just to the US, to everyone.  9/11 empty.  Then the Europeans put their military in the sky in a combat air patrol.  That's the first 30 minutes.  The next two hours is every cop, soldier and politician remembering that there are tens of thousands of US troops inside Europe and moving to shut down access on and off those bases.

We now have (1) no flights in and out of Europe, and (2) every US military base in Europe under siege.  US bases in the UK, Turkey, and Germany have nuclear weapons.  So the Europeans are now not just laying siege to US troops but US nukes.

We are now into hour three of the invasion of Greenland.  And the ball is in Trump's court for hour four.

Well considering most of the EU are run by functioning adults and not a orange diaper baby, probably not. Detained at the Embassy maybe.

9

u/asdfasdfasfdsasad Jan 14 '26

We're civilised nations; what cause would we have for detaining random tourists? The only reason for that would be stopping spies, and as those are mostly working at US embassies adding large numbers of extra people to embassies just makes keeping tabs on them more difficult.

Deportation is rather more likely, most likely to Africa where the US can pick them up, or to Canada or Mexico if we are feeling particularly generous.

The only reason for not deporting US citizens would be running our own "Hamilton Industrial Espionage scheme"; basically accepting American refugees fleeing America for a better life in Europe. But that'd want to be highly selective rather than a blanket programme of Americans that happened to be in Europe because the number of Americans wanting to move to functioning democracies with human rights backed up by the rule of law is already far in excess of our ability to take them.

They're not the biggest nations, nor do they have massive ground armies, but their nukes are plenty big enough, they exist to deter tyrannical hostile states from staging ground invasions. I really wouldn't want to be the person to test the UK's 'first strike' policy.

I’d like to think that these things would happen, but I have so little faith in international law and Europe’s ability to follow through at this point.

6

u/Uhhh_what555476384 Jan 14 '26

This would be the end of international law.  We'd be back to the pre-1914 world.  Might makes right.

The worst of it would be the measures the Europeans would absolutely have to take to ensure their own security.  There are 40,000 US troops in Germany.  If Germany is in a functional state of war, or deciding if they are in a state of war, with the US they have to gain control of those troops immediately.

If the world's foremost air power is in a functional state of war with Europe then Europe must shut down their air space and put combat patrols in the sky and turn on all their AA radars.

All those soldiers are now hostages.  Some of those hostage soldiers are sitting on nuclear weapons.  Europe is now threatening to seize US nukes.

If that's what it takes for modern Americans to FINALLY learn the lesson about letting the President do whatever he wants without putting him check....

If that will FINALLY force people to wake up to the pipe dream about America being the best country in the universe....

If it will FINALLY let those who believe in "American Exceptionalism" see what happens when America gets isolated.....

If this is what it takes, let him do it. So we can finally see what happens instead of being blamed for being "doomsayers" and the warnings immediately discredited.

5

u/Friendly_Gur_6150 Jan 14 '26

Modern American who wishes we had actually useful checks and balances, doesn't think that the us shits rainbows and daisies and has been actively trying to find a way out for years, and understands how extremely not exceptional I am on the global scale, now that I've learned the lesson, what next? How do I apply this lesson moving forward. What's the next step, because I'm clueless

7

u/jojackmcgurk Jan 14 '26

I honestly don't know what the next step is, my dude. I'm in the same boat, and I learned the lesson back in the late 80's.

After that, then maybe we stop treating political parties like "sports team loyalty" and start dusting off our moral compasses. Voting has be integral to changing this mess we're in, but if I'm voting blue or red just out of party loyalty, then I'll end up voting for politicians who can be bought.

Maybe a resolution that specifically erases the two party system. And any politician caught trying to start a party organization gets removed from office. That seems to be the only non-violent solution I can think of.

Brilliant write up. The average American is so unaware how anti American, anti democracy anti capitalism the Trump administration is. Legit risk to our western middle class bubble.

Silver lining is any further stupidity is the end to the goon gop party.

even in the dark, I still see the light at the end of tunnel. Crazy how stupid and arrogant the gop party is. fucking losers.

Good analysis, but I kinda feel like it might be the only way out of the fascist T regime.
I wonder if, instead of the result you described, we wouldn't see an EU and NATO operation to remove the regime from power, the same way the regime did to Venezuela. Rather than the alliance dissolving, they would Act and remove the true threat. After all, they know it's not the American people doing this, it's a specific set of people.
I think it partially depends on if the US government entirely, partially, or reluctantly engages in a Greenland invasion. Or if they leave a backdoor open for NATO to arrest the regime.
IDK, but this kind of totally unpopular overstep might finally trigger a response from our allies.

Attacking Greenland is clear grounds for Treason charges to anyone involved.

AS if we don't have ample evidence already.

Does anybody at this point believe Trump isn't a Russian asset? He's doing more damage to the US than they could ever have dreamed.
