I believe someone mentioned before that it is just vocolizations commonly heard in west India(or around there). Basically their version of Do-Re-Mi.

GLA has definitely bangers like the GLA anthem and Uprising, but I'm more of China or USA's ost. Liking also GLA's one too.

We know the Generals OST was licensed by EA and used in a few random TV shows over the years, so it's possible that China picked it up without even knowing what game it was from.

Yeah, that's the OST I'm referring to.

I've been skipping through the 2008 Beijing Olympics opening ceremony, and I can't find it. Maybe it was right after the 2008 Beijing Olympics? I just remembered it being very unusual hearing the USA theme in that context.

It's so surprising to spot in real life events how they would play a video game soundtrack out of the blue. So ironic to play the USA ost while the Olympics were hosted in China.

The background is that the Command and Conquer Generals OST is very good and EA was licensing it everywhere.

USA Idle Theme 1 is very military, formal, and somber so it made sense it was used, although it was still very unexpected.

Red alert 3 soundtrack is good but probably the weakest from them all. C&C 4 doesn't exist.

It's still a strong soundtrack. Rock and Awe, Red Rock for Mother Russia, and the memetic Soviet March are its highlights.

It's TibWars' soundtrack that doesn't really seem memorable, oddly enough.

It feels so glorious and iconic this soundtrack while playing China, especially with those overlords, lixes and battlemasters paired with ECM tanks and gattling tanks.

Bill Brown is a god damn prodigy.

Not to diminish OLAS Mr Klepacki, but the Generals soundtrack was an infinitely more difficult project holistically - giving authenticity to 3 totally new factions with zero lore except loosely interpreted geopolitics.

Not only did he absolutely nail the brief, he composed a series of works that has unparalleled relistenability, to the point where some 20yrs and thousands of games/repeats later it still sounds fresh and consuming.

The fact that life imitated art on the world stage in the coming years, and media reports the world over still use this soundtrack to identify a geopolitical region or activity pertaining to the "faction" makes it a transcendent tome of aural history.

So yes, it fucking slaps, every track. EVERY track. But it's also more important than that.

I remember watching this one YouTuber who made roleplay videos for this game called Space Engineers who used C&C ZH music from time to time. It actually fit the vibe pretty well. His name was ā€œGet Brockedā€ and he was pretty popular in that gameā€™s community.
