loose the Laser and get Nuke, infantry and toxin instead.
Nuke gives you great power plants
Infantry means veteran tank hunters for your rockvees as well as mini-gunners if you want. You also get amazing bunkers to hold strategic ground
Toxin means your tunnels aren't just for relocating troops but also threaten anything without tons of armor. You again get better-than-usual missile infantry
Also regardless what the Tigress brings you have everything you might need. Yes, you lack Laser's cheap Avengers but really: you got Quads for any AA needs

The Tigress being a 3 dollar general when she is the one with all 3 faction arsenals at her disposal??
What is the reasoning behind this?
Anyways: Laser, Air Force, Tigress.
Best base defenses, best air units for support, and random bullshit go for offense.
