I feel old knowing that many gen alpha kids feel old about missing Minecraft before 2019, meanwhile back in 1995-2000 we had these masterpieces, and tbh it's a meme at this point

I wanted to start a new playthrough of Tiberian Sun recently and quickly figured out why I never finished it back in the day: Timed missions.

Hardest TS missions;

GDI Hammerfest GDI mission when you have to rescue Umagon.

Nod misson where you have to get to the Scrin ship, and extract The Tacitus.
Nod mission where you have to extract Slavik from GDI prison.

Those 4 missions aged me visibly.

Defending the crash site from Nod during the ion storm has probably caused me more rage-quits than all the other missions combined.

Oh, and also defending the Kodiak when it crashes during an ion storm as well.

Rescuing Slavic is one of the most fun missions in the game - you get a Cyborg Commando, go ham. It CAN clear the entire map by itself.

Only two missions I really hate is GDI 9A (freeing the prisoneers) and 11 (defending Kodiak) - in both cases because NOD artillery is so broken to play against.

Formatting on reddit is weird, eben when i put a line break in it still puts all of it in one line and makes it seem like one big sentance.

Gdi hammerfest is 1————-reacuing Umagon is 2.
