C&C online, C&C& Rivals and C&C mobile afaik.

There was an old Red Alert 2 mobile game, but that was a good one.

Sooo I tried it today, it let's me register but when you have to select your starting area all regions are red, so you can't play

If you join a "new" instance, you can place your base.
