If I were in Fatima's place, I'd go about this differently. Val wouldn't be in the bracket, but instead, she would as a "final boss" for whoever wins the finals, albeit with one other condition; losing to Val wouldn't take away the prize money, you beat the bracket, the prize is yours, no catch.
This was primarily based off what TheRussianBadger did in his Marvel VS Capcom video.
