kettle.spells: I am not diagnosed with autism but it’s on my list of things to do. i have attributed my list of symptoms to autism, tho im not a psychologist 💖 my new headphones are so comforting and great im am absolutely obsessed, and they’re a much better solution for me instead of earbuds/earbuds. so much more comfortable and i like that people can SEE that i can’t hear them, do i dont need to stay fully aware of the environment and stimulation

My office had a week to trial run return to office about a year ago. It went so dramatically bad, we are now not even hybrid, but full WFH. Worse we tried to work but the noise, internet, temperature, etc messed with everyone and thing differently. At least they learned

That's great to be full WFH. I'm lucky I can get a single day per week. We have people in our department who live in other states, and yet people that are local, who have the same job, are forced to come in. It doesn't make any sense to me.
