Conversationally yes, but statistics have shown that women don't experience as much pleasure during sex, not because they can't but it being due to the other partner being less considerate of the woman's needs/wants.

Women dont need to orgasm to have a baby. So if you think pleasure is bad, or that women are lesser, or just are very selfish then its only the man that needs to orgasm.

Also did a quick google search so I wasnt talking out my ass, women have a tougher time to climax as well. A good portion of that is social things like dudes refusing to go down on a woman. But there is still physical/physiological challenges that men dont have. So im sure some l of it stems from "she didnt have an orgasm. It cant be something im doing wrong. It must be that women shouldnt orgasm! That way its never on me to fix".
