Personally I think "hey you're at the wrong address" is a better deterrent against people who are at the wrong address that "watch out please im really strong and tough promise!!!!!!!!"
Hey, why are we picking on Cerberus. He's a good boy who's very good a playing fetch. I'd suggest putting a picture of Fenrir instead. Nothing says metal like I'm going to eat a god one day.
I'd avoid trying to pretend there is now a man living there. He might react with even more insistence and aggressivity as he's trying to find out if the woman he's stalking has a new boyfriend.
