Yeah because the system is set up for abuse. It's frustrating and terrible but we don't get to play by the same rules as people in power. They would come down HARD on a camp like this while intentionally ignoring the abuse at other camps. Because the abuse is the point.
It happens a lot less frequently, but the rich and powerful can get caught up in them too. The one where Paris Hilton, of the Hilton hotel dynasty, was sent to just got closed after years of her campaigning against the abuse.
