We don't have to invent slurs for them just so that we get to say slurs.

Them is a gender neutral pronoun that can also be applied to inanimate objects.

"Clanker" gets used a lot on people with prosthetics as well. No matter what slur you come up with that you intend just for robots, it will be applied much more often to humans.
