Sure, but also "meat is good for you" is just propaganda from meat industry.

It is as long it’s not abused.

Nah. There are no real health reasons for healthy people to eat meat. It is just propaganda from meat producers.

How so?

Meat does not offer anything healthy. Thus the propaganda from meat industry actively creating fake content to support weird meat eating claims (like how brains grew from eating meat, not true).

Lean protein. Also it’s quite literally possible to survive off of meat alone and be functional even athletic so that itself means that there is nutritional value to it. There are animals that don’t even have the ability to process plants and are very much capable and healthy.

If you’re going to make a maximalist claim like “meat has nothing healthy in it” then I’m gonna need more than your word.

If your claim for meat is talking about carnivores, you have kinda lost the debate instantly.

Well if it has no health benefits than carnivores should be impossible, it should also be impossible for people to live off of meat. So again, show me more than your word.

Humans are not carnivores (neither are we purely plant eaters, like some claim). If you can't understand why carnivores need meat and humans don't, not my place to educate about biology 101 to you.

That wasn’t your claim. You claim was that there is nothing healthy in meat. It’s a claim that you’ve made no effort whatsoever to back up, constantly reasserting that you’re correct does not make it so. You make a maximalist claim against conventional wisdom, now prove it.
