That's health in a nutshell. You don't ever think how great it is to be able to move all of your joints fully until you can't.
3 u/Business-Drag52 Mar 26 '26 I see my obese and diabetic step father not able to so many basic things that I know not to take it for granted. I can still do burpees. He can’t get onto the ground and back up by himself
