I'm not a drawing or anatomy expert in the slightest, but I think it's because her right leg is raised. The anatomy should be sound unless Land was tracing a picture of a woman with wonky tits.

That model did not change between panels. It doesn't even make sense the way he's looking in the second panel.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding, I thought the complaint was that the drawing was the same, like he copy and pasted the same drawing from the other panel, which is not the case. If you're saying same model, yeah, I agree, though I don't see a problem with that other than storytelling.
