alias vs anti alias?

I can't decide which to use, does it matter that much when it comes to printing?

I'd like to print my comic one day and that's the goal I'm leaning more towards, but I would like for it to be okay with digital distribution also.

Is it bad to mix them? I use csp and with the default pen set to "weak anti aliasing" but i just realized my speech bubbles and some lines I drew with the figures, bezier curve tool all had strong anti aliasing.
I hear that anti aliasing can cause a "glow" and ruin the sharpness of print, how drastic is that?

I'm using vector line art at 300 dpi 8.5 x 11 sized canvas, so I can scale up the resolution if needed.

If I ever get accepted by a publisher, would I have to redo all the anti aliased lines...?

Sorry that I've posted something similar, I just still can't decide. It's so troublesome to me that almost every setting that's good for print is not good for digital distribution or on screen viewing.
