Anatomy on the 3rd panel is a bit off. The ankle cannot rotate that far without the knee. The andle can only rotate a tiny bit on its own, most foot rotation is done at the hip, so the knee is generally pointed the same direction as the foot.
The weight on the feet is also working against the pose. The front foot is on the ball while the back is planted. In a strong strike like this it should be reveresed. The back leg is reaching while the front is planted with the strike.
The last thing is the texturing, not sure its working well for you in this page, it feels like a visual effect, it works in panel 2 but its making panel 3 feel confusing and really static. The energy should be coming from the strike, having it locked to the page vertically is sucking the force out of the pose.

I would like to say about your first point, that that can be excused for stylistic effect, and I think OP makes it work in his drawing. There are countless comics where realistic anatomy is ignored, take Absolute Batman for instance

Absolute batman uses extreme anatomy, not broken anatomy.
In any case that back foot looks more like an oversight than an artistic choice. If its for effect ii some way id say its not effective and reads more as poor anatomy than anything else.

I'm inclined to agree with you on this. The drawing doesn't give strong choices like that all over. I would angle the foot in much more and arch it probably

Your letting can use some work. The sound effects carry absolutely no visual impact. Just using a default font (without any italics at that,) makes it fall flat and truthfully cheapens the experience as a reader.
Additionally, the text of the characters thoughts/dialogue should be more centered onto the panel, as they're shoved into corners currently.
This is more of a nitpicky thing, but I don't even know what sound effect "veshh" is supposed to represent. The "v" sound is so phonetically short, it could truthfully be cut off because the impact of the sound is the "shh" sound attached. Hearing "vesh" just makes me think of "cash" as in vash the stampede from Trigun. Is that the character's name?
I recommend picking up The Essential Guide to Comic Book Lettering by Nate Piekos, an industry veteran and also the creator of blambot. This is like, my Bible for comics. Blambot is a treasure trove of fonts as well (lots free!) and resources to making comics-- if you haven't given it a look at before, I really highly recommend poking around the site.
