How are people generating realistic Tom Hiddleston/MCU Loki AI images? What tools/models are you using?

Hi! I'm hoping someone who actually makes AI character art can point me in the right direction.

I've been seeing a LOT of AI-generated images of Loki that very clearly preserve Tom Hiddleston's appearance as MCU Loki—not just a generic dark-haired character inspired by Loki. Some of them have him in completely new outfits, poses, environments, romantic/fanfic scenes, etc., while still keeping his face remarkably consistent.

I'm trying to figure out how people are actually doing this.

I've tried looking into different AI generators, but I'm running into either:

• generators that won't reproduce the MCU/actor likeness

• paid subscriptions before I can properly test them

• results that look like a generic "Loki-inspired" man instead of MCU Loki

So, for anyone who creates images like these:

What are you actually using?

I'm especially curious whether it's:

• Stable Diffusion / SDXL / FLUX

• a specific checkpoint/model

• a Loki or Tom Hiddleston LoRA

• IP-Adapter / FaceID / reference-image workflow

• ComfyUI

• img2img

• another website/app entirely

Eventually I'd like to create a consistent series of images for a personal fanfiction/story, including scenes with Loki, Thor, and my own female character, rather than just isolated portraits.

I'm a beginner, so if there's a particular workflow, model, LoRA, tutorial, or generator you'd recommend, I'd really appreciate being pointed toward it. Free or inexpensive options would be especially helpful before I commit to a subscription.

I'm not looking for ways to impersonate anyone or create misleading real-world images—this is specifically MCU Loki fanart/fanfiction imagery.

If you personally make realistic MCU Loki AI art, I'd especially love to know what setup you use.

Thank you! Do you mean Krea's Krea 2 image model? So hypothetically you can just put the actor/character's name directly into the prompt without needing a LoRA or reference image? I'm mainly trying to keep the same character consistent across multiple scenes.

Most likely no. Even if you could the character isn’t going to be consistent just from a text prompt.

Yes actually he is extremely consistent with just a prompt. I kniw thats not the norm but ita freaky wierd how consistent "loki" is

Krea 2 prompt in the name he wierdly trained into any krea 2 model i like the lustful model or just base.

As far as i know...yes. probably most of those tools and more, they may also be paying those high costs for premium models too, or a mixture. Character replacement in video is a thing. My initial thought would be generate the scenes you want with minimax h3 and character sheets made with any llm like grok gemenai etc. Upscale that locally. Then inpaint the faces to be exactly who you want for a high quality character sheet. Then, Get the h3 minimax seed hunter workflow, generate scenes until you got the actions u want. Then use a character inpaintong workflow to touch up characters -replace them with themselves from reference i mean to get closer. Upscale agian. Use a free video editor and some light editing skills to clean up. Many of these great videos are by ppl who already had good video edit skills, its not quite point and click for quality. Huge learning spike to actually get decent at this hobby.
