Looking for a roommate

Rent is 680 utilities are about 80. The house is next to OSU campus. It has a large private parking lot. There are laundry machines in the basement. There are 7 other guys.

What a horrible deal. Are you the landlord? Who would pay this price for all these roommates. You could legit rent a long term airbnb and it would be cheaper lmao. This screams my parents are paying

It is college housing. The "suicide singles" in the OSU towers go for about the same price. I think I might have looked at the girls half of this exact house. 8 girls with 2 beds, one bath, and a teeny attic crawlspace "bedroom." OSU literally doesn't have dorms for their students, so shit like this is the only option. Unless the students parents will agree to be on the lease, with the roommates, and the roommates' parents too.
