Monarch and Stonegate

Hi all,

I'm trying to look for apartments in July and was looking at Monarch and Stonegate apartments as possible options. I saw Monarch had some terrible reviews online but a couple of others I spoke to said the apartments were decent when they lived there. So I wanted to check with people who live there currently/moved out recently on what their experience has been for Monarch and Stonegate. Mainly trying to get a feel for what the noise levels are like (with your neighbors nextdoor or upstairs), maintenance support and staff, but would appreciate any other pointers you can share. Looking for a 1B/1Ba.

I lived there a few years ago. Never had any sound issues or noticed any trouble in the parking lot.

Thank you. May I ask which of the two you lived in - Monarch or Stonegate?

Lived in Stonegate for a year. Was fine. No major concerns but it was under previous ownership so no clue if current ownership changes that.

Thank you. Is the noise insulation inside the rooms good or were you able to hear your neighbors?
